Refund Policy

Cancellation requests emailed to Stacey Leech ([email protected]) and received before February 4, 2025, will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.

Refunds cannot be issued after that date.

ACA Connects reserves the right to refuse any registration.

A professional photographer will take photographs and videos throughout ACA Connects’ Summit. ACA Connects reserves the right to use any photography/video taken at the Summit, without the express written permission of those included within the photograph/video. The ACAC may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by the ACAC including, but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.  Any person desiring not to have their photo taken or distributed must contact John Higginbotham ([email protected]) in writing of his/her intentions.
