November 19, 2025—America’s Communications Association (ACA Connects) submitted comments for the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) Build America: Eliminating Barriers to Wireline Deployment Notice of Inquiry.
These comments provide a regulatory framework that ACA Connects recommends the FCC adopt under its Section 253 authority to address barriers such as lengthy authorization reviews, excessive fees, unreasonable requirements, and state broadband rate regulations.
