ACA Connects Chairman Patricia Jo Boyers to Lead CEO Panel at Summit 2025 

“We are Imagining the Possibilities & Getting Things Done!” 

February 3, 2025— ACA Connects, America’s Communications Association, today announced that Patricia Jo Boyers, President/CEO & Co-Founder of BOYCOM Vision and Chairman of ACA Connects, will lead a CEO panel discussion at Summit 2025. This annual fly-in event will be held in Washington, D.C., March 4-6, 2025.  

This year, broadband and video providers from across the country will come together to “Imagine the Possibilities” for our industry as a new administration and Congress sets telecommunications policy priorities. 

ACA Connects Members who will take the mainstage with Boyers on March 5 include: 

  • Julie Laulis, President and CEO of Cable One 
  • John Reardon, President and CEO of Schurz Communications, Inc. & Vice Chairman of ACA Connects 
  • Jeffrey Ross, President and CEO of Armstrong Utilities, Inc.

You won’t want to miss this panel as ACA Connects Members prepare to pound the pavement on the Hill and make OUR VOICES heard as we work around the clock to close the digital divide in America.” 

Boyers, widely known for her strategic vision and dedication to advancing the interests of ACA Connects Members, is serving her third term as chair. She has been a board member since 2007. Boyers is the President/CEO & Co-Founder of BOYCOM Vision in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. She has been repeatedly recognized as a CableFax100 honoree and a CableFax Most Powerful Woman. She was also celebrated as a Cable Hall of Fame nominee in 2022 and she is a member of the 2015 class of the Cable TV Pioneers. 

Laulis is Chair of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cable One.Laulis joined Cable One in 1999 as Director of Marketing-NW Division. In 2001, she was named Vice President of Operations for the SW Division. In 2004, she became responsible for starting Cable One’s Phoenix Customer Care Center. Laulis was named Chief Operations Officer in 2008, responsible for the company’s three operation divisions and two call centers. In 2012, Laulis was named Chief Operating Officer, adding sales, marketing and technology to her responsibilities. In 2015, Laulis was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer of Cable One. In 2017, she was named President and Chief Executive Officer and in 2018 she was named Chair of the Board. 

Since 2010, Cablefax Magazine has named Laulis one of the Most Powerful Women in Cable. Laulis was inducted into the Cable Center’s Cable Hall of Fame in April 2023. Laulis is also member of the 2024 class of the Cable TV Pioneers. Laulis currently serves on the boards of The AES Corporation, CableLabs, and C-SPAN. 

Since February 2023, Reardon has served as President and CEO of Schurz Communications, Inc. He was previously with Schurz Communications, serving as an independent Director of Schurz Communications. He served as CEO and other senior roles for multiple firms in the telecommunications and technology-related industries for over 20 years. Under Reardon’s leadership, Schurz Communications was recognized by Cablefax as the 2024 Independent Operator of the Year. He was elected as a board member of ACA Connects board in 2023 and became the Vice Chairman of ACA Connects in March of 2024.  

Ross has been the President of Armstrong since 2003. Armstrong is recognized nationally for excellence in operations, customer service and community involvement. Previously, he held various leadership roles at United International Holdings (now Liberty Global), Time Warner and Nynex. Ross joined the ACA Connects board for a new term in 2022. He previously served as a board member from 2005-2006.  Inducted in 2020, Ross is a Cable TV Pioneer and a member of its board. He was a member of the National Content & Technology Cooperative (NCTC) board for 14 years from 2006-2020. 

The theme for this year’s Summit is “Imagine the Possibilities.” The event will take place March 4-6, 2025, at the Grand Hyatt, 1000 H Street NW, Washington, D.C. 20001. Keynote speakers include FCC Commissioner Nathan Simington, C-SPAN CEO Sam Feist, and Wall Street policy analyst Blair Levin. More speakers are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
