ACA Connects Statement on House Passage of NTIA Reauthorization Act 

May 15, 2024—ACA Connects President and CEO Grant Spellmeyer released the following statement after the House of Representatives passed H.R. 4510, the NTIA Reauthorization Act, with strong bipartisan support. 

“ACA Connects applauds the House for taking action on the NTIA Reauthorization Act. It will help ensure NTIA manages resources effectively to close the digital divide, enhance cyber security, and secure supply chains. It will help America’s small and rural broadband providers who are working every day to connect more people to high-speed internet and grow the economy in communities across the country.  

“Thank you, Energy and Commerce Committee Chair Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA), Ranking Member Frank Pallone, Jr. (D-NJ), Subcommittee on Communications and Technology Chair Bob Latta (R-OH), and Subcommittee Ranking Member Doris Matsui (D-CA) for your leadership on this bill.”
