ACA Connects Thanks Nathan Simington for His Service

June 4, 2025—ACA Connects: America’s Communications Association released the following statement regarding FCC Commissioner Nathan Simington’s resignation announcement.

“ACA Connects is grateful for Commissioner Simington’s public service at the FCC,” said ACA Connects President and CEO Grant Spellmeyer. “He is a proven, principled leader whose work has bolstered America’s technological standing in the world and helped our Members deploy more infrastructure in rural communities. We thank him for the many occasions he offered his time and expertise to our association, including as a regular guest at our annual Summit in Washington, D.C.
