ACA Connects is dedicated to its members and the customers they serve, especially now amid the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, which has touched every corner of the United States and challenged every person, industry, government and anchor institution.
Over the past few weeks, ACA Connects has striven to offer timely information and helpful resources related to the health crisis. The organization will continue to provide useful updates as conditions warrant.
As you will see from the two video Public Service Announcements (PSAs) here (one, two), ACA Connects members are indeed public servants, uniting the country by offering vital communications services that keep people connected to family, friends, and co-workers. The tasks of a typical ACA Connects member largely occur in rural outposts that are generally more expensive to serve.
But because of the emphasis that ACA Connects members place on quality and attention to detail, rural America is seeing some of the fastest Internet speeds on record at affordable prices. Now that’s service! ACA Connects encourages members to download the PSAs and run locally on member systems or use in social media posts.
We’d like to offer our sincere thanks to our friends at Viamedia, including President & CEO Mark Lieberman and Chief Marketing and People Officer Becky Jones, for offering to distribute these PSAs to the firm’s multichannel video programming distributor (MVPD) clients, many of whom overlap as ACA Connects members.
