On November 9, 2022, we held our our third installment, Meeting BEAD Affordability Requirements, delivered by NCTA – The Internet & Television Association and ACA Connects – America’s Communications Association. In order to receive funding from the BEAD program, states are required to submit a “middle-class affordability plan” and providers must offer a low-cost broadband option to eligible subscribers.
