Top Wall Street Policy Analyst Blair Levin to Join Summit 2025 

January 21, 2025— ACA Connects announced today Blair Levin, a Wall Street policy analyst, will join ACA Connects President and CEO Grant Spellmeyer for a fireside chat at the ACA Connects Annual Summit in Washington, D.C., on March 5, 2025. This annual fly-in event connects broadband and video providers from across the country with influential lawmakers, regulators, and policy experts. 

Levin is the Policy Advisor to New Street Research. Prior to joining New Street, Levin served as Chief of Staff to FCC Chairman Reed Hundt (1993-1997), directed the writing of the United States National Broadband Plan (2009-2010), and was a policy analyst for the equity research teams at Legg Mason and Stifel Nicolaus. He is a graduate of Yale College and Yale Law School. 

“This will be a must-see session at the Summit with a top-trusted policy analyst in our industry,” said Spellmeyer. “My conversation with Blair will drill down into his assessment that 2025 will be the most consequential year in communications and media policy since the mid-1990s. His insights will offer guidance to our Members to leverage opportunities and overcome challenges during this defining moment in history for America’s telecommunications leadership.” 

The ACA Connects Annual Summit is a yearly gathering that provides a forum to its Members to gain insight into business trends and policy developments, advocate for a level playing field, and engage with policymakers and industry leaders. 

The theme for this year’s Summit is “Imagine the Possibilities.” The event will take place March 4-6, 2025, at the Grand Hyatt, 1000 H Street NW, Washington, D.C. 20001.  Levin joins FCC Commissioner Nathan Simington and C-SPAN CEO Sam Feist as keynote speakers. More speakers are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
